April 6: The Power of Love on the Cross

Scripture:
“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
—Romans 5:8 (NKJV)

Reflection:
The cross is the greatest display of love the world has ever known. It wasn’t when we had everything together that Christ died for us—but while we were still in rebellion. The cross shouts to every heart: “You are loved, unconditionally and completely.”

Prayer:
Father, thank You for loving me even when I didn’t love You. Let the love shown at the cross shape how I see myself and others. May I live in that love and share it freely. Amen.
