“Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.” — Romans 6:12 (NKJV)
Reflection:
Self-control is a spiritual battleground. Every day we choose whether the flesh or the Spirit will lead. Victory doesn’t come from willpower—it comes from surrender. When we yield to God, His power helps us overcome temptation and walk in freedom.
Prayer:
Lord, I surrender to Your Spirit today. Help me walk in victory, not in bondage. Strengthen my heart to say no to sin and yes to You. Amen.
