September 22 – Growth in Stages
Scripture:
“For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.” – Mark 4:28
Reflection:
God’s harvest comes in stages, not all at once. Growth is a process, requiring patience.
The farmer celebrates each stage—the sprout, the stalk, the grain—knowing the full harvest is coming.
So it is with our spiritual lives. God is at work, even when the growth seems small.
Prayer:
Father, give me patience to wait as You bring the harvest step by step. Amen.
