December 5 – The Message of the Angels

Scripture:   “Then the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.’” — Luke 2:10 (NKJV)  

Reflection:   Heaven’s announcement broke the silence of centuries: Good news! The Savior had come. The message of Christmas is still one of joy and peace for all people. 

 Prayer:   Lord, fill me with the joy of the angels’ message and help me share that joy with others. Amen.
