🔎 Reflection:
When life feels overwhelming, God’s love is our safe place. He is a fortress, a place of refuge in times of trouble. Instead of running to worry or fear, run to Him. His arms are always open to give you peace and strength.

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, You are my refuge and my strength. In moments of struggle, help me to find rest in Your love. Let me trust You more each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
