January 4 – Knowledge Protects God’s People

Key Verse – Hosea 4:6 (NKJV)   “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.” 

 Explanation:   Spiritual ignorance leads to destruction. God’s Word preserves and protects His people.  

Reflection:   Where might neglect of God’s truth be weakening my life?  

Prayer:   Lord, guard me through the knowledge of Your Word. Amen.
