November 11 – Remembrance Day: Honouring Sacrifice

Scripture:   “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.” — John 15:13 (NKJV)  

Reflection:   On this Remembrance Day, we pause to honour those who gave their lives for freedom. Their courage reminds us of Christ’s ultimate sacrifice on the cross. Honour means gratitude — remembering and living worthy of their gift.  

Prayer:   Lord, we thank You for those who served and sacrificed for peace. May their legacy inspire us to live with honour, courage, and love. Amen.
